How to make the Link to me Widget?

1.At first create a small logo of your blog,which can easily fit into any blog sidebars(300x100px Recommended) .It should be small and nice looking.
2.Now upload this image somewhere in free image hosting site, where you can get direct link to the image.[You can use blogger to upload the logo if you want or you can opt for some service like tinypic.com]
3.Now note the url of this uploaded image
4.Now Go to Blogger>>Sign In>>Select Your Blog>>Layout>>Add Gadget>>HTML/Javascript, and paste the given code below.
